Career Owl is an AI-powered career companion that helps you analyse job fit, discover relevant job openings via the Job Scout, optimise your CV, track applications through a pipeline, and receive personalised career guidance from an AI companion. The app is provided by Henry Tirla ("we", "us", "our").
You must be at least 13 years of age to use Career Owl. By using the app, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
You may sign in using Apple or Google authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as needed.
We may offer a free trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged for your selected subscription plan. Free trials are limited to one per Apple ID.
Career Owl uses artificial intelligence to provide career analysis, CV suggestions, job discovery, fit scoring, and career guidance. AI-generated content is for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional career advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated recommendations.
The Job Scout feature discovers job openings from third-party sources and resolves direct application links to employer career pages and applicant tracking systems. Career Owl does not control or endorse the content, accuracy, or availability of these external job listings. We do not guarantee that application links will remain active or that listed positions are still available. Career Owl does not submit job applications on your behalf.
You retain all rights to the content you submit (CVs, job descriptions, etc.). By using the app, you grant us a limited licence to process this content solely to provide the app’s features, including AI analysis, job discovery, and fit scoring. We do not claim ownership of your content.

All intellectual property rights in the app, including its design, code, and branding, are owned by us. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time for violations of these terms. You may terminate your account by contacting us at henrytirla@icloud.com.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
